I'm a digital transformation and consulting leader with more than 26 years of experience, and the author of The Consulting Prompt Playbook. I write and build at the intersection of consulting and AI — with one belief running through all of it: the goal isn't to use AI to go faster, it's to think better, and to thrive with it, together with other people.

Most people met AI as a chat box and formed their opinion there. My work is about the layer underneath — the frameworks and judgment that turn a general-purpose model into a genuine, consulting-grade thinking partner, and the discipline that lets teams get real value from it rather than confident, generic noise. The book, the free frameworks, and the Insights are all part of that.
